At Health Collective, we are committed to supporting your wellness through safe, effective, and
personalized care. Below is a detailed overview of our policies regarding programs, payments,
communication, appointments, and privacy.
- Program Overview
Our programs are generally structured as a three-month commitment, which is the typical
timeframe required to achieve the results our patients seek. Unless a shorter or longer term is
requested and agreed upon, enrollment is assumed to follow this standard three-month
structure. - Prescription Medication & Shipping
Once your medication has been processed and shipped, no refunds can be issued. This is in
compliance with safety regulations regarding the handling of prescription medications. - Payment & Shipping Terms
- There are no long-term contracts.
- You are only billed for medications that have been prepared and shipped.
- If your shipment has not yet been processed, you may cancel with no penalty.
- If Health Collective discontinues shipping, no future payments will be collected.
- Appointment Scheduling & Dosage Management
To ensure optimal treatment outcomes and up-to-date care, patients must book weekly or
biweekly appointments through our scheduling system (“the pool”). These sessions are
essential to:
- Track progress
- Adjust dosage accurately
- Maintain consistent communication with your provider
Health Collective is not responsible for reaching out on a weekly basis. It is solely the patient’s
responsibility to schedule and attend these meetings. Failure to do so may result in outdated
dosing and limited care adjustments.
- Program Communication
For clarity and consistency, we do not contact patients monthly to confirm continued
participation. Once enrolled, the program continues unless a pause or cancellation is requested.
Please notify us before your next shipment is processed if you wish to make changes.
- Cancellations
You may cancel at any time before your next shipment is processed. Please allow at least 5
business days’ notice before your scheduled shipment date to avoid charges. - Privacy Policy & HIPAA Compliance
Health Collective is fully committed to protecting your personal health information (PHI) in
accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all
applicable privacy laws.
