Peptide Protocol Series
GHK-Cu Injection Protocol
Skin, Hair & Tissue Regeneration · 12-Week Progressive Program · Adult Men & Women
A clinical-grade 12-week protocol designed to stimulate collagen synthesis, accelerate tissue repair, and activate stem cell renewal. Beginning with conservative subcutaneous dosing, the program advances gradually to optimize copper peptide receptor engagement for visible skin rejuvenation, hair follicle activation, and systemic anti-inflammatory benefit.

The Protocol
Four Phases. One Complete System.
Weeks 1–3
Goal: Allow the body to acclimate to copper peptide signaling with minimal inflammatory response.
Monitor for injection site sensitivity. Zinc bisglycinate 15–30 mg daily may be initiated to attenuate injection site redness.
Weeks 4–6
Goal: Upregulate collagen I & III production, enhance wound healing pathways, and boost antioxidant gene expression.
Increase hydration and dietary protein to support active tissue remodeling. Continue zinc supplementation.
Weeks 7–9
Goal: Maximize stem cell activation, hair follicle stimulation, and systemic anti-inflammatory signaling.
Optional adjunct: Pair with BPC-157 for enhanced soft tissue repair. Rotate injection sites consistently.
Weeks 10–12
Goal: Sustain collagen remodeling gains and consolidate hair and dermal improvements long-term.
Optional quarterly re-dosing cycle of 8–12 weeks for continued tissue maintenance.
Results
Expected Timeline
Stabilized injection site response, initial improvement in skin hydration and texture
Improved skin firmness, reduction in fine lines, decreased scalp shedding
Measurable collagen density improvement, early hair regrowth, accelerated wound and blemish resolution
Sustained dermal improvement, increased hair shaft thickness, systemic anti-inflammatory effect
Support
Supportive Lifestyle Stack
Copper peptides require adequate intracellular water balance for collagen matrix formation
Minimum 2–3 L water daily; trace mineral supplementation may support copper cofactor activity
GHK-Cu drives collagen I & III synthesis — sufficient amino acid availability is required
100–120 g protein daily; glycine-rich sources (collagen peptides, bone broth) are preferred
Zinc modulates the inflammatory response at injection sites and supports copper metabolism
Zinc bisglycinate 15–30 mg daily with food; do not exceed recommended dose without provider guidance
UV exposure accelerates degradation of newly synthesized collagen
SPF 30+ daily; limit prolonged midday sun exposure throughout the active protocol
Tissue regeneration and collagen remodeling peak during deep sleep phases
Target 7–9 hours nightly; magnesium glycinate may support sleep quality and reduce systemic inflammation
