1. Program Overview
Our programs are typically structured as a three-month commitment, as this is the standard period required to see meaningful results. Unless otherwise requested or specified at the time of enrollment, participation is understood to be for this standard three-month term.
2. Prescription Medication & Shipping
Once medication has been processed and shipped, no refunds will be issued. This is due to safety regulations that prohibit the return or resale of prescription medications.
3. Payment & Shipping Terms
• There are no long-term contracts required.
• You are only billed for medications that are prepared and shipped.
• If a shipment has not yet been processed, you may cancel future deliveries with no charge.
4. Appointment Scheduling & Dosage Updates
To ensure the effectiveness and safety of your treatment, patients are required to schedule regular check-ins—either weekly or biweekly—through the Health Collective portal. These appointments are essential for:
• Monitoring progress
• Adjusting medication dosage as needed
• Ensuring your treatment plan remains appropriate and effective
It is the patient’s responsibility to book and attend these appointments. Health Collective and its team do not reach out on a weekly basis unless an appointment is scheduled.
